The King is not happy unless you are satisfied and totally confident in your purchase. There is no baiting and switching, high pressure sales tactics, or comission reps who are misleading. 3. What assurance do I have that any claims will be paid in years to come?
All King warranty contracts are directly insured by an AM Best "Excellent" rated insurance company. The insurance company must follow all state regulations and adhere to state insurance guidelines regarding financial solvency and financial stability. These insurance filings can be located through your state insurance commission.
4. Where is the King Warranty contract honored?
All King Warranty service contracts are honored nationwide and in Canada. If your vehicle breaks down, take it to any dealership or reputable/licensed repair facility of your choice.
5. How are claims paid and what is the claims process?
Claims are paid directly to the repair facility by nationally recognized credit card (Usually Visa or Mastercard) for your convenience. The claim process is as simple as handing your extended auto & car warranty contract to the service manager. The service manager will contact the administrator for
repair approval.
6. What is a deductible and how does it work?
A deductible is the amount you will pay out of pocket when a claim is filed for a breakdown or failure of a covered component. You pay only one deductible per repair visit not per component, regardless of how many parts need repair. Your deductible is determined at time of service contract purchase.
7. What additional benefits are included in your service contract plan?
King Warranty offers a variety of benefits on all service contract plans. All plans include roadside assistance, rental car reimbursement, trip interruption and towing to name a few. These benefits are included free for the entire term of your service contract.
8. Is my service contract transferable?
Yes, for very small fee you can transfer your service contract if the vehicle sold to a private party or individual. This not only adds value to your vehicle but it makes it much easier to sell if you are putting it on the market. You will sell the car faster and get more money than you normally would by trading it in to the dealership.
9. When can I cancel my service contract?
King Warranty service contracts can be cancelled at anytime. During the first 30 to 60 days (varies by state) you can receive a full refund. All cancellations are pro-rated based upon term or mileage whichever is greater. Cancellation provisions vary by state. Please referred to the actual service contract for provisions relating to your state.
